Appropriate Referrals
Adults (18+) seeking psychiaric evaluation or medication managment
ADHD, anxiety disroders, depressive disorders, insomnia disorder
Mood disorders (including bipolar spectrum, when stable)
Patients engaged in therapy or open to collaborative care
I prioritize coordinating care with the referring provider when appropriate and with patient consent

1) Referral is reviewed personally by me
2) Patient is contacted directly to schedule
3) You’ll receive confirmation once care is established (with consent
4) Ongoing collaboration as clinically indicated
